The Museum of Bath Stone

30th October 2024

A trip to the Museum of Bath Stone at Combe Down was been organised. There was a talk about the mines and also a video on the work completed for the bats that live in the mines that have not been infilled. Unfortunately there was no access to any workings. See the website for an overview of what the museum offers -  'Bath Stone: A World Heritage Stone | Museum of Bath Stone'.

The Christmas Lunch 2024

Presentations to Dr. Mary Lee and Judy Hibble for all their efforts for WEGA over the years.

We had a superb lunch at The Swan, Tockington. It was lovely to see everyone there and to give us a chance to thank Mary and Judy for all their input over the years.
